● Lower the dryer temperature in order to keep the balance with ink drying.(In case of combination dryer, turn down the gas flame and increase the hot air.)

● Reduce the thickness of ink film with UCR.(undercolor removal.)

● Reduce ink feed.

● Reduce the r.p.m.(revolutions per minute) and lower the dryer temperature.

● Control the distribution of dampening water to promote ink drying and lower the dryer temperature.

● Blistering may occur in coated paper with heavy weight.

● Replace with paper with blister resistance.

● Too high temperature of dryer.

●Blistering occurs frequently in solid areas overlapping on both sides of paper.

● Lower the dryer temperature.
